A Sweeter Way to Integrate Apple Cider Vinegar Into Your Routine

By now you’ve read the benefits of Apple Cider vinegar; good for digestion, keeps the good bacteria in your gut and purges the bad bacteria, and even helps keep the extra pounds off.  But let’s be honest, who wants to drink apple cider vinegar?
So recently we incorporated some apple cider vinegar into our daily routine- 2 TBSP of apple cider vinegar, slightly diluted, and down the hatch. But you know us, we want to get creative with our wellness routine.
We found an easy and delicious recipe that will eliminate the sour face, and make this the best part of your morning.  Results are a nice little metabolism booster to help kick start the day!
The strawberry combo was definitely the favorite – jam packed with vitamin C and it gave us some serious summertime vibes.  The mango and pitaya blends are packed with fiber and the blueberry is packed with antioxidants.  Whichever fruit is your favorite, you’ll be reaping the health benefits from this morning cocktail all day long.  Or if you’re feeling super fun, you can blend a couple fruits together to make it uniquely yours.

Super easy to incorporate into your routine and so worth the benefits that last all day long.

  • ¼ cup of chopped fruit (We recommend strawberry, mango, blueberry, or pitaya)
  • 2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
  • 8 oz water

Combine them all in your blender of choice, blend until smooth, and drink up!
